India-Republic of Korea Friendship Society is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization established in 2003 to promote friendship, co-operation and understanding between the peoples of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea (South Korea). The Society is registered under the Societies’ Registration Act, 1860.

The Society brings together former senior officials and diplomats as well as entrepreneurs, academics, professionals, Corporates and businesspersons to promote and encourage mutual economic, academic, cultural and professional activities between the peoples of India and South Korea.

The Society endeavors to diffuse useful knowledge to promote trade, commerce, investments and economic relations and co-operation between the peoples of the two countries.

The Society and its members aim to host and participate in networking events, bilateral events, lectures, meetings, exhibitions and other related activities.

The Society endeavors to function in close co-operation with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in New Delhi and the Embassy of India in Seoul.
